It seems to only proc when using spell scribe skills. Does not make sense on why wont work with base game soul magic skill

✭✭✭✭✭It worked for me using soul trap. I used a cp3600 template character and crown store soul gems on a 6mil dummy in a house.[PC/NA] Dungeoneer (Tank/DPS), Semi-retired Trialist, and amateur Battlegrounder (DPS) with a passion for The Elder Scrolls lore.
