I am so sad to see this round of nerfs and standardization to things while giving NOTHING back to stuff people don't even use. I get some stuff is over-preforming (thank goodness for the banner change for arcanist IMO) but there's so many lines and skills that are NEVER used, how come this stuff is never looked at? Why is it just nerfs?

Werewolf is also still in the garbage can for some reason.
Hoping for more playable races.

I just want werewolf to be viable in endgame PvE T.T (which not allowed according to PTS update 50)

    This. We have a million useless sets, unused skill lines... why not focus on those? Arcanist banner nerf really the only decent thing

    ZOS only pulls down the ceiling. They never lift up the floor. There's no point in hoping for anything else at this point.

    The intelligent thing to do would be compile a list of all the class lines and sets, then comb through some data and make a spreadsheet of most used vrs never used, for pvp and pve

    Leave the top 5 skill lines and sets for each UNTOUCHED.

    Take the bottom 5 skill lines, and 10 sets that never see the light of day, and buff them. Rinse and repeat.
