Twenty three days. 23 days and no explanation two weeks zero communcation, 23 days no solution. Returned to the game on 6/2/25 to an account that no longer existed. I wasn’t banned, when I attempt to login I’m not met with “your account is locked, banned or suspended” messages. I received no emails for being banned or warned.
I wasn’t hacked. My information is locked down. I received no phishing emails and no emails of anyone changing my account information ,billing email ,password, nothing.
6/2 I contact ZOS through ticket system and inform them. They ask me generic information which I supply. 1st employee “I’m not seeing the account”. I give them more 2nd employee “I’m not seeing the account” 3rd and 4th the same. They escalate to a specialized team. I give him information only I would know. That was two weeks ago. Absolutely zero communication since.
I upload to YouTube and live started live streaming and I’m glad I did as in these videos not only could they see me playing they could see me log in and out of my account to switch characters see my character names, see me actually playing etc.
I stopped playing ESO faithfully in about October of 2024 and by Mid December 2024 I wasn’t logging onto the game at all. I logged in maybe once in December to see if I could rekindle it and nope it wasn’t there.
On 2/2/25 I got this email from ZOS to the email associated with the account that just got up and walked away.

This image proves a few things. On February 2nd 2025 my account still existed, the email was registered to the account, and that I have access to the account. I was not banned at this time and I was not hacked.
On 6/2/25 it never existed. Between 2/2/25 and 6/2/25 I never once logged into eso not for anything. I didn’t violate a conduct between this time I didn’t macro, farm to much etc etc it’s impossible I never logged on once!

23 days. Same spot I was on day 1 and communication has just deteriorated to zero. I’m not interested in your ticket system anymore clearly it’s not working. I’d rather speak to someone at this point (smashing the 0) because customer service is not customer servicing. I’m not even saying I need a solution right now an explanation at the very least and TIMELY communication is all I ask.
