So long story short, I login and get a message saying i'm permanently banned from the game. I think weird, I didn't do anything to warrant a ban in game nor did i get an email explaining why i got banned. SO i sent in a support ticket and they respond saying "a result of issuing a chargeback against purchases made".
Long story short again my card was stolen so i had to get a new one and dispute charges and eso charges got lumped into it. So in the same ticket they say to contact my financial institution and after they verify that it's been reversed they'll reactivate my account. As such i follow their steps and then when my financial institution showed me i paid back the chargeback, I sent a screenshot as proof and told them my chargeback was done and they just havent responded at all. Mind you this occurred a week ago when i was banned. They responded on Saturday and my chargeback finally came through on Friday morning to which I responded and showed the screenshot of the chargeback being fixed.
I just want to get a response or talk to a human. I don't want to spam the response or send in a bunch of tickets as i feel like that'll get me blocked or something. I would just like my account back as i've been banned for over a week now and i've paid back the chargeback and just want to play on my account where ive spent thousands of hours and hundreds of dollars into.
