That sounds awful and I'm sorry this happened to you. I understand the stress and frustration of dealing with permanent bans as I have delt with those in the past (on roblox and guild wars 2). It hurts to no longer play the game you enjoy especially when there's tons of progress and friends made. I get it.
It took me years and years of appealing and healing from the frustration the bans caused. After some time, I finally understood better of what I did that caused the ban and apologized for my mistake.
(For those reading this who don't know)Here's an explanation of what black market activity is:
according to the internet, black market activity is a code of conduct violation relating to the unauthorized selling, buying, and/or trading of virtual goods, accounts, currency, and/or other in-game items for real world money. It usually ends up as a lengthy suspension or permanent ban as its a serious violation.
Note: The company may view these activities harmful to the integrity of the game and player experience.
As someone who’s accounts truly was removed erased or unjustly banned you have at least been told you broke the rules and acknowledged it. I have been playing for years like you and stopped playing in September of 24 just to return in June 25 to find my account just vanished to the point no one even knows what happened to it. No emails no nothing just an acknowledgment email from ZoS in February verifying I have an account only to be met with one that doesn’t exist anymore.
@cwarhier did u get ur account back my friend?You and I are in the same situation.my account was banned at June 19th,my original account cannot access to forum so i use my another account.i play the end-game content too,and i just got new trial trifecta a few days before my account got banned,this do makes me very sad and disappointed.The support ticket says that i might use unapproved third-party applications or exploit any bugs,abuse any game system in game.I was so confused actually,all the add on im using is from esoui ,i play eso nearly everyday,always buy eso+ and new dlc,and buy crowns when its on sale .For a PvE player who is willing to practice hard on the PTS server, they will have no desire to cheat using third-party software.I'm a player from china which have 220+ ping .i spend a lot of time and effort for the trial achievement and make many friends in game.I am sure i didnt do anything wrong and i do want my account back.If your problem has been resolved or there has been some progress pls let me know
