The purpose of the Skills Advisor is to suggest builds for players to help them get acquainted with their Class. However, these builds haven't changed since their introduction, and many of the abilities have been changed or outright given different functionality. That's not to mention that Subclassing is now here, giving players even more skill options to navigate. Some players don't want to look online for builds to follow, so here's the pitch:

Make something akin to the Home Tours feature, but instead let players share their custom builds in-game that the Skills Advisor will help other players reconstruct.

This would allow new players to browse for interesting builds, and the Skills Advisor will guide them in the process of unlocking those skills. Players can also search for the intended role (Stamina DD, Magicka DD, Tank, Healer) or other tags (such as Roleplay, PvP, Infinite Archive, Arenas, etc) to further refine their search. Bonus points if this also suggests the appropriate Skill Styles used to help the color palette or theme of the skills match. Scribing abilities would be described by the Grimoire+Focus+Signature+Affix combination used.
