Bought the update for this ring only. I guess it was my fault i did not fully understand the debuffs on it. Being on backbar is a pain honestly. That minor timidity draining 1 ulti every 1.5 sec even when i am not fighting but i am near a keep and in combat made me unslot it. Losing 120 ulti every 2 mins just by staying on the backbar is just not worth it. What is your take on it?

✭✭✭✭✭Lol what? Just dont go on your backbar if youre stuck in combat but not actually fighting. There's no reason to be on your backbar if there's no actual combat going on, and if there is actual combat, you're not going to notice the ulti drain as long as at least one of your weapons is ranged.
The mythic is easily one of the strongest they've ever introduced. Major Force is a ridiculously powerful buff in PvP, and that's not even considering how strong the Major Protection and Minor Vitality is on your backbar.9 -

@ZOS_Kevin Unfortunately no idea what´s causing this to happen, but the mythic isn´t useable in its current state due to this bug. While I´m at it, is there any ETA on fixing stuff like Deathdealer, roksa which stops working (aka you don´t gain stacks) if you die and remain in combat? I suspect all these sets/mythics I´ve just mention has similar issues that causes them to be unusable.Ps4 EU 2016-2020

Don't worry. It will be nerfed in 9-18 months. Standard operating procedure for p2w garbage.

I think it's a fundamental issue with all the mythics that proc an effect when you enter combat. If you die and don't leave combat then it seems like when you rez you the game sometimes doesn't seem to realize that you "entered combat" so it doesn't reapply the buffs that were cleared when you died.Edited by acastanza_ESO on June 23, 2025 5:54PM2 -

✭I'm gonna go ahead and say this Ring is a must slot, on par with Malacath in 2020. I understand OP, no good for a OW 1vX DK, but Battle Roar was nerfed anyhow so that playstyle might suffer for a minute. Haven't tried the ring myself. My builds, sub class or not seem to be working fine at the moment. That being said, you can definitely notice the damage from a player that is using it and puts together any sort of combo that crits. They can hit like trucks but in my opinion also can get hit somewhat hard themselves. I could see situations where different classes/subclasses will make great use of the ring while others night not get as much benefit.
I wouldn't say must slot but definitely must be aware of depending on build and skill level.1
