I opened a ticket 250619-004135. My account got deactivated without any email or notification. It was a second account I didn’t realize I was paying for esoplus plus on since I have a main Xbox account I normally play. Just found the billing error when my Xbox was in the shop

✭✭✭✭Did you do a chargeback via your bank? Ie cancel an ESO+ payment?
That is a surefire way to get an account locked!!

TylerDurden✭✭✭Xbox gave me 8 months refund out of the 36 months esoplus. They didn’t say anything about my account getting closed.Zos was the one that told me to contact Xbox bc they couldn’t help me with the billing or the crowns on the account.
