We wanted to share some information about an upcoming change to how players can obtain the Scribing system.- Scribing is coming to the base game, free for all players as a claim in the Crown Store, in mid-July with an associated Golden Pursuit! You will see Scribing in the Crown Store on the PTS on Monday as part of this testing.
- We are not selling Scribing in the Crown Store.
- If you miss the associated Golden Pursuit, you will still be able to claim Scribing from the Crown Store, as this is a permanent move for it to the base game.
- There will be a short window from June to July with the launch of Update 46 and the Gold Road zone moving to ESO Plus and the Crown Store where players who do not currently own Scribing will not be able to purchase/gain access to it.

I bought the gold road dlc in the crown store but still don't have access to scribing?0 -

I have several friends who have returned to the game this patch to try subclassing. They cannot seem to find a way to access scribing whatseover, which is absolutely crucial for the majority of builds they could play.
Am I to understand, based on the quoted comment, that there is no possible way for them to access or progress scribing paid or otherwise until July?@ReactSlower - PC/NA - 2000+ CP

Thanks @ZOS_Kevin for the clarification! Is there any alternative reward for all the people that already own scribing? Or is that one of the step rewards rather than the big “final” reward in the golden pursuit next month?PC-NA | @Cooperharley0
