Yes it is a 3500 DLC pack in the crown store now

And ESO+ gives you access to all DLC

Yes, it is. Officially starting today. However, please note that scribing is coming to base game next month. So we have a bit of an in-between period for when folks will be able to access Scribing. Here is the post we made about this last month:

Consoles are around 2 Weeks later. Because Consoles need to start the Seasons of Wurmcult.

I bought the gold road dlc in the crown store but still don't have access to scribing?

I remember reading a post from Kevin that there would be a delay after Gold Road becomes part of ESO+ for access to scribing for all players.I think maybe after Season of Worms comes to console.

I have several friends who have returned to the game this patch to try subclassing. They cannot seem to find a way to access scribing whatseover, which is absolutely crucial for the majority of builds they could play.

Am I to understand, based on the quoted comment, that there is no possible way for them to access or progress scribing paid or otherwise until July?

Thanks @ZOS_Kevin for the clarification! Is there any alternative reward for all the people that already own scribing? Or is that one of the step rewards rather than the big “final” reward in the golden pursuit next month?
