With subclassing available, will you still be playing alts in the same role as often??

they still pure,have they style and story,i know they weak than subclass many and I can't use they do hardest thing,but I main weakest class 3 year so I can hold 3 or 6 month

Definitely a yes. I made my alts because I wanted to play the different classes, and I still do. It would get really boring if they were all using each other's skill lines. Did I spend time training and learning how to play those classes so I could pick-and-mix them later? No. I want different characters, regardless of how the devs insist on "balancing" them to make subclassing work.

If I did want to subclass, I'd limit it to my arcanist, because I only made her for guild trial runs. She bores me, so she's the only char where I'd consider it an improvement to subclass her away from her base class. But I still wouldn't play her regularly, so it seems silly spending time training her subclass skills

going to have to in order to level all of the sub classes.

but after that i think so, it makes some of my characters just easier to play.

I'm pretty much done with DDing. I'm not interested in "choice" between beam galore or being inefficient on purpose.

Subclassing on healer feels less obnoxious.

For me playing an alt was always about playing a different character with its own theme. I wouldn't respec my main into 12 different builds just because I can.
