Ban - Hacking - I need help

Hi,

I apologize for any mistakes, I am French and use a translator for a few words and sentences..

I need your help :

After hundreds of hours of gaming (maybe even more than 1000...or even more) on Teso, my account was hacked between 2022 and 2023, and on other applications: Leboncoin, Steam, Facebook, Instagram...
I will never know where I went wrong, and that is not the point.

Having taken a break from gaming, I didn't realize the consequences of piracy on Steam and Teso.
I wanted to resume my passion at the start of 2025 and found myself faced with a significant hack.
I have since two days (finally) recovered my Steam account after multiple proofs (thanks to the carefully kept game screenshots and the storage of all my emails) and many messages sent..
I immediately wanted to play TESO again and then I discovered that my "account has been permanently disabled due to a violation of the code of conduct" and that I can no longer access the game.
I made 3 support tickets (Référence # 250602-002659) and the responses surprise me, the last one tells me "After a thorough review of the account associated with the account, it has been determined that this account has violated our terms of service. We therefore regret to inform you that we will not be able to follow up on your appeal to have the suspension of your account canceled for the following reason: scam. Due to the magnitude and severity of the breach and the lack of evidence of a compromised account, it has been determined that the ban on this account will remain in effect and all services associated with this account will remain permanently disabled. This decision was not taken lightly, but it is final."

'm going to make a final response with all the screenshots of the steps and positive responses that I received from other sites, but here, I have the impression of being faced with a robot that automatically responds to the message.
I accept that the hacking was my fault, I lacked vigilance somewhere, however I think that with an observation of my account they can have a broad look and see that I have never broken the rules with many hours of play.

What can I do? I can't see myself getting to the point of writing to Zenimax... I hope some people will understand my distress, so many hours and rare items obtained in the Arenas... I can't give up on it

    Once you make a ticket with the proof from steam of your account restoration type the ticket id here and try and @ one of the ZOS community managers / support - you can see some of their names in other posts in this section.
    If you're lucky one of them will see and will be able to help you follow up the ticket.
