Reaper March's Main Quest Line Is Bugged

For a few days in a row now me and a lot of other people in Reaper's March have encountered unobtainable objects due to bugs. the bugged quests were:
"The First Step" - couldn't talk to Kauzanabi-jo in order to progress
"The Moonlit Path" - Enemies do not spawn, nor the greed lady or silvenar.
From looking around in the forums it looks like these are issues that are known for a long while now (more than 2 weeks).
Why isn't this issue addressed? when will those quests be fixed? I really hope we won't encounter many more bugged quests such as these, especially the main ones for the area...
