Hi there, ZOS! c:
It seems I've been placed under a social ban, I'm afraid, and I have been since the 27th, but there's no record of it in the My Support page. I sent in a ticket, and have yet to hear back. Could I get some help with this please?

It's particularly troublesome as a roleplayer because--- well.. I can't roleplay!

I'd appreciate some help in removing this ban (and maybe finding out why?), thank you.

You may want to put your ticket number in the post so someone can take a look. Don't forget to respond to the auto-response when you get it (if you haven't already)

Just out of curiosity, is there a reason why I wasn't offered a DM on my thread?

This is the final ticket I made out of anger, after my first ticket was ignored...

and...in reference to what I *think* happened, here is the evidence that I proactively attempted to make things right with payments...assuming that is why I was banned. However, the CSR told me that I was good to go, so I am not so sure.

I have been under this social ban since the 27th. I was given no warning, and no notification. I was also given no explanation as to why. I'm a roleplayer, and I use a lot of ellipses in my writing. I still want to know what's going on and if the ban could be lifted.

All I got in private messages was, for lack of a better word, a canned response, which has not helped me in any way. I just want to RP my Khajiit again in my guild events, and actually waiting on the ticket and receiving dead silence for so long has me very worried and frustrated.

@LamiaCritter what does a “social ban” entail? Are you barred from typing or logging into the game in general? I recently came back after quitting in September 24 only to find my entire account gone. I don’t know what happened either no warning no email no anything and I logged in just to look around in January with no issues but was gone until 6/2/26. I’m seeing lots of bans with no explanations.

Join the club. I put in a ticket as well but haven't received a response. I also checked my email and support. I wasn't even given notice that my guild traders/bank, trading, and sending mail were disabled.
