Does anyone know if ToW set buffs Overload Ultimate Heavy and Light attacks or if it is just 'weapon' attacks?

✭✭✭So I knew the set allows werewolf to proc hemorrhaging on both light and heavy attacks, and I just tested. It works on overload light attacks, but not heavy attacks.1 -
