Access to new zone?

I've just logged into the pts to take a look at the new zone, but it's inaccessible? I'm playing on steam and it's directing me to purchase the content pass. I thought one of the points of the pts server was that we could preview the upcoming content?

At the last weeks of PTS it was always like this that you only have access to new DLC zones if you already purchased the content.

Free testing was for the first few weeks only.

You’re too late. Ever since Greymoor ZOS has made the last week of PTS’ content be only available to people who own the content. This is because, well, when Greymoor came out anyone could enter even if they didn’t own the content. Gotta make sure it doesn’t happen again.

The content lock is another thing that needs testing.
