I recently retired and moved from the USA back to the UK, so I wanted to update my billing address. The account page to Edit the address does not allow the Country/Region to be changed. I have deleted the obsolete US address, but can't add the new UK one.
Note that my email address and credit card details are not changing at this time. Both of those now link to the new address.
