Access Code not sending

@ZOS_Kevin I am currently trying to log into my account and it is telling me it’s sending an access code. Though no matter how many times I do it I never received the code, I also cannot even raise a ticket with support because it will not let me log in so I can report it.
I know this bug was confirmed as fixed a few months back but it is now back, any suggestions?

    Normally this is the case if you have entered your password incorrectly. The message will still show but the email won't come through.

    Try different passwords / confirming if you entered the password correctly or even potentially resetting it.

    Yeah I’ve tried multiple passwords and only the one I thought was correct “sends a code”, I’ll try changing my password when I get home

    I just tried resetting the password and even that email didn’t come through 💀 I’m at a loss

    This maybe be silly BUT I had issues similar to this and it turned out I was typing my user name in wrong...... you've doublechecked that too? :)

    Yes, just came to post that! Worked like a charm for me when I had issues with setting up a new computer....

    I had the same thing happen yesterday, the game requested a code and I checked my email only to find no code. https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/677700/getting-run-around-login#latest

    Do you let the code send to an @icloud.com address?

    This has never worked for years for me. The message never arrives and also never arrives in the junk folder.

    I had to create a separate maladdress for ESO alone. Other providers don't have this issue so I guess the headers, DKIM, or DMARC is not configured correctly to pass the scanners for those access code messages.

    Agreed this is happening. Sometimes I can get in just by retrying. Last time I couldn't, finally sent a message to support, and a whole pile of error codes arrived a couple of hours later.

    My husband just had it with the PTS. Waited 24 hours, no code. Tried again, code came within minutes.

    Maybe the servers sleep on Sundays.

    Mostly PC-EU , with a lonely little guy on NA.

    Thank Kevin! I’ll do that now, hopefully you guys will manage to fix it again at some point.

    iv waited months for access codes and support sends it higher to advance support and they still after months have not worked it out ,,,why this company uses such a useless method that has many people complain about and yet does not do anything about it ,is exceedingly frustrating to the ones it occurs too..why not just change it to sms or text like most other mmos or is to hard? and sending it via phone WILL NOT HAVE THE ISSUES like the internet

    When I got this, I finally found that I'd misspelt my username. The launcher doesn't tell you that the username is wrong, it tells you it's sent a code, which it hasn't. So the real issue here is the launcher doesn't check to see if that username is a valid account and warn appropriately.
