Hi,

I submitted an appeal to customer service with additional evidence regarding inappropriate player activity 5 days ago and haven't received a response. How long do appeals take? Does anyone know? How can my case be escalated?

I feel like my case is being ignored and they don't want to deal with the issue at hand.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    If only 5 days, they may be still investigating.

    Do not add more responses to that same appeal or your e-mail will go back to bottom queue.

    I encourage you to DM the mods directly. It might be unproductive to continue to hash out this disagreement via forum posts.

    Hey @Weesacs! We checked in with our Support team and your ticket is in the right place. They indicated that you had provided some additional information after their initial reply, so there is additional investigation happening. Someone will get back to you as soon as that work is done.

    They also noted that you keep replying to the ticket, which unfortunately bumps it to the end of the ticket queue every time. So your best bet is to not reply again and wait for the Support team's response, please.

    My friend was banned because a hacker tried to log his account a year or two ago now he wants to play again so is trying to get his account unbanned, this back to end of queue thing is absolutely disgusting for one as he forgot a piece of info and added it on own he's waiting 3 days and still no response he is getting well P off and it's putting him off even playing of thos os how badly you're treated.

    Hello my friend is banned form a hacker attempt so you locked his profile, he is waiting days for a response and still not unbanned and is losing him mind over this, can you please speed this up as it should not take this long with his provided information to verify and fix.

    Also PLEASE aspa remove this back to end of queue if you update you're ticket, never in all my life have I seen or heard of such a ridiculous dumb enraging system.
