No response from customer service ...
Hi,
I submitted an appeal to customer service with additional evidence regarding inappropriate player activity 5 days ago and haven't received a response. How long do appeals take? Does anyone know? How can my case be escalated?
I feel like my case is being ignored and they don't want to deal with the issue at hand.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
