Remove ability to use respec scrolls in scored instances

Please. Otherwise trifecta and scorepushing becomes pay to win, as you switch between streak for trash, and a better damage line for fights. This literally only affects trifecta and scorepushing, everyone else can just port out to change skills.

It's literally only the sweatiest of the sweaties who would do it initially, but there's a lot of people who copycat.1 -

It's faster than porting out to armory, and I know if groups that do that. The person respeccing stays behind, main group clears trash, person gets pulled to boss.1 -

Having access to streak or arc portal in trash is a really really big time save at the high end, but requires running a sorc or suboptimal arc skill line. Also if it became commonplace, someone would most likely make an addon to automate it.0 -
