Need a solid BG NB build

I give up. Seriously I'm about done with BG's...just trying to get the dailies. I've tried just about every NB build out there and none of them are very good. Sure for IC or Cryo, but nothing that's doable for BG. Any advice would be great...I'm about ready to just give up entirely on BG's at this point.

It's probably easier to win BGs as a healer, but I don't know anyone that plays it as a nightblade. Might want to try bomber instead (in 8v8)?
Can you help solve any of the FOUR critical flaws of Two-Teams BGs ?

Looking for feedback on How to fix the Three-Teams objective modes

I’ve been playing the same build for BGs, imperial city and Cyrodiil for 1.5 years now, and it works quite well. I can often score 20-30 kills per BG with it, as the damage output is very high, but it’s also very risky, so you need to have good situational awareness and positioning. Basically, high risk high reward.
2x Balorgh - best monster set for a nb due to cheap ultimate and fast ulti regeneration
5x Gourmand frontbar - can be replaced by any damage/proc set, I just like to have as much crit damage as possible for juicy 15k+ bow procs
5x Rallying cry backbar - probably best PVP set at the moment, providing both defense and offense, easy to keep 100% uptime
1x Markyn ring - Death dealer Fete could also work
1x Trainee heavy chest for extra health

The most effective and accessible beginner NB build IMO is just DW/Ice with Torc of the Last Ayleid King

    2H-3M-2L
    Bewitched Sugar Skulls

This build slaps and has great survivability and regens. If you aren't able to be successful with this there are definitely some L2P issues to address.

I switch out sets etc depending on the BG. It's been a while since I ran one so bear with me.

If it's capture the relic, I switch out to all swift jewelry and run a more tanky high health/resists medium armor(for the swift passives) build. I use one of the healing ultimates, I think it's the Barrier from the PVP line. I just sneak in and wait for the other team to get distracted grab it and run. Sometimes I end up capturing all five relics. You are so fast when the bell chimes you can usually run to the relic, grab it and get away before the opposing team has any defenders set up if they even try. If you are new this is an easy one to learn. If you get in trouble hit barrier while running with the relic although you are so fast they usually can't catch you.

If it's deathmatch I switch out to a bomber build with Rush of Agony and Vicious Death, one bar build spin to win with Oakensoul, that way both sets are active at the time time. I usually score in the top three or so.

If it's the Chaos Ball, I switch out to more of a one versus one gank/heads up melee style build that can heal quickly, Incap, Merciless Resolve, Concealed Weapon, etc. I use the same build on the BG where you capture the location flag. (can't recall the name).

I find that switching out depending on the type of BG allows me to contribute significantly and my team wins more often than not. If you run a one bar build you can have one build style skills like the swift one set up on the front, and another build style skills like the bomber on the back. You just un-equip the oakensoul, switch to the bar you want, then re-equip it and switch out your body sets. It's fast.
