Visiting your own houses counts. You can just visit your primary residence 10 times. Also you can only visit the houses of people who allow it, so it isn't breaking and entering.
This is one of the better Golden Pursuits.
I(t could be improved by ditching one of the three PvP item (Or indeed all of the 3 PvP items) and replacing it with some combination of Dark Sacraments or Heists. (And some thing out of Do X daily Endevours, find X Wayshrines, or find X Points of Interest if you are going to be optimally PvP free.)
PvP both Battlegrounds and Tales of Tribute should be separate games.

I even got partial credit for crafting some master writs inside my house, and got partial credit for visiting houses. Got the resources done with one day’s worth of surveys. I got the delves done yesterday and this morning before they got too crowded, then moved on to the public dungeons. Kill 30 in those zones? Not too bad, only Eastmarch took a while.
I plan to avoid the ToT like the plague, and hoping to avoid running the easy group dungeons x3 because I have a full stickerbook. I hope to get an nAA run because I just need a few pieces left from there.
Fishing, and the daily rewards, and more visiting houses. I think that should cover it.
I can’t imagine filing that enormous house with only 700 slots, but I plan to get it anyway.
What are these pursuits? Do the same specific dungeon 3 times? Kill 30 random enemies in these super specific zones? I thought this was a housing themed golden pursuit what the hell is this?

With only 3 of the 30 or so pursuits being that way, I'm Inclined to disagree. Even a couple more for PvP players would not change that.

I was able to piggyback some of the requirements with quests which allowed m to knock out a few of the pursuits pretty quickly. As an example I picked up the Fighter's Guild quest before doing the Dolems and as luck would have it on the days I needed to kill 30 enemies in Eastmarch and Auridon. I received credit towards completion of three pursuits. I'm close to completing what I'd call the solo content and don't think I'll have to run too many group dungeons to finish 25 pursuits. To me the dungeons are the only really grindy part with having to do a threepeat of each dungeon to complete the goal. I'd rather have to run a few more unique dungeons if given a choice.
The major problem with the delve and public dungeon pursuits is the slow respawning of the bosses, which are being killed by the crowd of waiting players as soon as they appear. The dungeons don't have 10 bosses, so you have to go back to ones you already killed and wait for them to respawn so you can kill them again.
Slot Wall of Elements, Volley, or another AoE damage ability that doesn't need a target.
