Weird that Covetous Countess doesn't reward a pouch, but Elam Dral's Dark Brotherhood Contracts do. Not complaining, mind you! It is good to have a repeatable farmable quest for this.

I guess the CC's quests are just too easy if you're prepped with the items. That's fair.

Does Spencer Rye's daily quest count as a Thieves Guild daily?

Do the Gold Coast delve and world boss daily quests count as Dark Brotherhood dailies?

(I can reason why or why not each of these might count, but I'd like to hear from the devs or someone who has tested it for themselves.)

Spencer Rye’s does count. I did one and got the bag. It’s also under the Guild tab in the Quest Log like the Heist and DB quests.

The Gold Coast dailies are listed under Gold Coast in the quest log, so I assumed these wouldn’t work and didn’t try them.

done almost all Thieves and DB i could do and got some blue Pardon Edicts (got about 400 or more in bank btw)
also my 20 toons have Legerdemain 20,so event isnt for me but for new players -ok i guess

performance in terrible -and this is not ok
was fighting Maebroogha and she got stuck in the celling ,while adds were not moving ....

I wish that too, there are many out there with 1M plus bounty and could use some special rewards for that.

From the article:

However, the chance of acquiring a pouch of Ill-Gotten Goods goes up along with your bounty. In other words, if you remain upstanding in the eyes of the law, you have a lower chance of getting these illicit rewards. The more crime you do, the more it pays—just be careful the guards don’t get their hands on you!

Or, do you mean you wish the quality improved based on bounty?

I have been maintaining a bounty for over 2 hrs and only looted 2 Pouches.
I am not sure if it is also needing to be a FUGITIVE.. as in KOS to guards.

This is to say I am finding the drop rate of pouches low...

The other Gold Coast dailies (world boss and delve) do NOT give the parcels.

Is there a list with the 'Several new furnishings'? And will they only be available during this event?

Where is this event?
In the Crown Store, all that's listed under Events are Dyes. [confused]

It is a mini-event (like BG Weekends and Explorer's Celebration), you will not get any Event Tickets from this.

I am sure something like this has been posted but I am sorry it is not fun grinding for the Pouch of Ill-gotten Gains over and over and over and getting 0 of the furnishings. I realize furnishings cannot be given out with every pouch but when it takes 40 or so pickpockets to get one pouch and have not gotten anything after about 20 to 25 pouches, something is off. I am sure a lot out there have gotten more pouches and maybe they have been lucky in obtaining the new furnishing or the tradeable consumable, or the elusive one million gold pardon. Currently, my bounty is around 55 to 60k and I am kill onsite. Can we increase the furnishing drop rate a little. It is not like this even is going on for a month like the Golden Pursuits which I got in about 3 or so hours, maybe less.

Yeah, I opened about event 50 bags, my bounty is over 300k and I've got one furniture drop (the single coin).

It's just not funny. Trying to buy the furniture from other players at reasonable prices is nearly impossible.

why are the drop rates almost akin to Chef Arquitius's Lost Thesis, and on that note why has the ingredients for that been plentiful during events but hardly anyone able to use it, past post said drop rate increased but hasn't, Pouch of Ill-gotten Gains had nothing but basic loot after hours of going through safe boxes and pickpocketing.

I love a good event. This isn't even an event. I got 4 extra ill gotten gains from doing Heists and Sacraments, and gotten less than if I'd pick pocketed a couple of beggars. What an absolute bad joke on players.

I keep thinking I'm missing something because as others have said, the drop rate is very low even if you have a bounty of over 20K. Crime doesn't seem to be paying just like the saying goes.

it would be nice if this event's furnishings get added to a merchant in the future.

Like the Holiday Furnisher (as it's event furniture) or the Outlaws Refuge Merchants (they sell other crime related furniture).

They do drop, just very low chance.
