Dawn's Wrath is a good DPS skill line with Beam and Solar Barrage

Restoring Light is also a great skill line for healers, especially with the passive change to basically be 12% healing boost.

Not sure about for tanks, I guess Restoring Light is a nice armour buff and you have your own cleanse.

For PvP Restoring Light will probably be common among all types of builds.

Other than that NB will be seen in all DPS and offensive PvP builds but Shadow and Siphoning less so, they do not really offer anything unique.

DK might hang on a bit as a tank because with Combustion dead in a ditch there's no remaining reasons not to chuck Ardent Flame in favour of Soldier of Apocrypha or Bone Tyrant, as a base class to subclass from it's not versatile because it has tools spread across all of its trees.

And as a DPS you probably only drop Draconic Power because Earthen Heart is where Battle Roar is. It's quite restrictive as a base class.
