How do you get the Subclass Skills to Level 50 Immediately on the Max Template?

Hello! I finally have a little time to test Subclassing on the PTS and I created a max template char but all the skill lines are at level 1. How do I max them to 50 for testing? Thank you!

✭✭You did pick the CP3600 template one (which maxes out all skill lines), not the one for doing specifically the Subclassing quest?PC-EU @maitsukas

I made the max level char and my warden skill lines are still level one?
