How much are we talking? On live server its currently the rarest and most expensive item in the game. Will it still be the rarest item in the game or is it going to be as rare as lets say Aetherial Cypher?

✭If that recipe would drop like candy, then nobody would buy the 150% scroll from the crown store anymore.
Also have in mind, that the recipe is only included in the champions rewards.
BGs are also not really popular. So the less players are playing, the less recipes are ingame.0 -
