Yes, I keep it for the craft bag, but I'll wait for the content pass going on sale.

I'm not jumping ship yet, but I am considering it. I'll wait and see how the season pass plays out.

Why is inventory such a nightmare for a long time player when you have a full crafting bag, housing chests and storage toons?

Because it is purposely designed to be.

I don't think it's purposely designed to be a nightmare.

Can you name any game that you have played that has inventory management issues as extreme as ESO, or even close?

The Elder Scrolls: Arena is far, far worse. (Yes, I know we're talking "ancient history," but you didn't set a time restriction.) It has a very limited number of item slots, plus you have a maximum encumbrance. It was clearly a matter of memory size and data storage limitations (by which I mean on a diskette), with an attempt at "greater realism" thrown in.

AD&D games could be just as bad, if not worse, especially when there are multiple types of coins and each coin has weight.

I’m deeply saddened about how much value ESO+ has lost over the years. Of course I’ll be keeping it for the craft bag, it’s the only thing worth getting the subscription for, without it I’ll be cooked. ZoS also know this, they know we need that craft bag and have us all trapped

    I cancelled already
Mine runs out in July I think? I'm tired of the endless train of dungeons I don't want in my dungeon pool. The bag space saved is nice... if I'm playing the game. Which I just don't really have the desire to do anymore because it feels like there's no content I'm interested in. The chapter quality isn't up to what I wanted and the story DLC's are cut. Now the chapter is just split in two and doesn't even take place anywhere I give a damn about. Yeah it's not in ESO+ anyway but it would've been content I'd be playing ESO for and thus would want ESO+ for the QoL it brings. Since I'm not interested in this 'season' I'm just gonna let my ESO+ expire.

The strategy to keep craftbag linked to a micro-transaction just to ensure more profit and the refuse, by ZOS, to discuss other options to give ESO+ relevance and bring the craftbag back to "default" game makes impossible to any ESO fan avoid paying it.

Every long time ESO player that use ESO+ already pay for the vanilla game dozens of times.

    This is absurd.

I log for a bit every day but when I am in hibernation mode, login do Archive, do Endeavors and log out, I will let my sub expire for a bit. I have 20 characters and a pocket guild, so storage is never really an issue and when I sub again, all the crafting stuff that I'm storing on alts, get sucked into he craft bag.

Not just the craft bag, but for me also the increased bank space and housing slots, and secondarily the group dungeons which I do not own (don’t run pledges much anymore despite unfilled sticker book). It’s not worth purchasing dungeons for me. I do not enjoy running them dozens of time and only do it if I need to farm gear.

I have been extremely happy with the value of eso plus until now, having to pay more for a season pass with new content and dungeons compared to chapters is disappointing. I am still unclear if new dungeons will show up in eso plus later. I enjoy having the new zone content so I can experience it when it is new, so I will probably get the season pass but haven’t yet. I guess I hope this transitional year with the backlash will lead to less confusing and more favorable options for next year.

My eso plus expires in July. If subclassing completely guts PvP and trials, I will reconsider renewing at that time. I could still continue to do solo activities unless my classes get nerfed heavily. If I cannot run the archive or other content then it might not be worth continuing.

I guess I am more troubled by the way this has been rolled out. Also, there are constant missteps in every patch we have now, the simplest things that are added to the game just don’t work the way they should and have to be fixed more than once before they are actually fixed. I mean, Golden Pursuits still auto-track when you turn them off after three tries. Now they are turning classes completely on their heads and doing major changes so I have little confidence it will be anything than a complete disaster, even if they manage to implement it as intended, which is unlikely given their recent past record. I don’t think they are listening to the right voices to determine the direction on which to take the game right now either. I expect an exodus in the endgame PvE and PvP community in U46 that will make U35 look small.

I appealed to the forums to give the devs another chance, and we have got some improvement, but now I am questioning whether we can even continue to keep going as we were, much less make the game better. I just don’t feel like it is sustainable anymore.

Sorry for the long post, feeling bad about the future but somehow hopeful the next patch might be so bad that it’s corrected somehow.

This, and I’m very excited for the new furnishing vault and for anything else they are able to create with this new technology.

New technology? From a technical point of view it's just two additional database fields linked the database table of your account: furniture_ID and quantity_number. That's it.
And the 500 limit is an artificial limit to make it possible to sell additional furniture storage in the Crown store.
