It's actually safer to solo a resource than to stand their with a group. I never die as solo but leave flag area if other players show up because of the VD potential.

It is pure garbage, proc set crutching. Does an insane amount of damage instantly with no warning and no recourse.
All these players crutching on these proc sets (most CoA and VD) were gone during vengeance.
Removing RoA ,VD, cross heals and cross shields would improve the game 90%

If you remove cross healing and cross shielding (so basically self-heals only) then removing RoA and VD will be fine.
VD was added to punish players who were stacking in huge numbers without risk. Idk if you played back then but basically the main thing you saw in pvp were 24-48 or more players running around on top of a lead spamming impulse and healing springs. This is where the term 'ball group' in ESO terms came from rather then how players use it today.
I agree that pull sets have made it more punishing because even if you are reasonably spread out you can get pulled into a stack but this type of deterrent is required or gameplay becomes very stale.
The OP is complaining that their siege simulator was disrupted by player to player combat, I wouldn't really consider their suggestions as healthy for any pvp community personally.

This. Remove Rush, and VD is no longer an issue.
Bombing was fine before Rushing Agony, and will be fine when it's gone.Unfadingsilence wrote: »I don't even use rush on my bomber 😏

IMO, and you would know best if this were true, a good ball group like Dracarys would still do very well without any cross healing or buffs and only strategy and tactics
Anyway, I was at the Rosy Lion brewing a pot of tea for Bastian when, all of the sudden, I was pulled to Ash mine, then BOOM, I was piled up with others on the flag and with 3 VD Tics. Nearby were 3 nightblades, all wearing ROA, drinking Bastian's tea.

That's why you should always block whilst brewing tea.

Make it blow up NPC so I can run pve content solo with a vd/rush bomber

They are good at countering zergs and interrupting ball groups from staying together(sometimes).
