Monomyth Reforged should be a shoulder or helmet

The reason behind this is because Major Force was considered too strong of a buff on Oakensoul when it was released. Now we have this mythic introduced that provides offense for front bar and defense for back bar. It fits perfectly into the ideal double bar setup for two 5-piece, a monster set, 1 trainee, and this mythic. The down side of this mythic doesn't counter the bonus in a significant way. Making this mythic a helmet or shoulder would give the drawback of not being able to run a monster set, which is a more significant drawback.

    I don't know losing 1.5 Ulti a sec and taking 5% more damage is a pretty big drawback.

    5% damage isn't very significant and if you're in combat you will still gain ultimate.

    Would make it DoA. Not a great selling point for a chapter, a mythic no one would use.

    It applies minor vulnerability which is always present in pvp anyway from elemental susceptibility, so on front bar it essentially doesn’t have any drawbacks at all. While ulti drain is only present on back bar where you don’t spend much time, not to mention major protection and minor vitality more than make up for it.

    Major force in itself is an immensely strong buff for crit builds which are already dominating pvp on live. And are only going to become more powerful with subclassing.

    If major force was to be left as is then the drawback should at the very least be increased to major vulnerability or a unique damage taken debuff or possibly an oblivion dot scaling with max health.

    As per usual, it will come out of the gate hot! It will then be subsequently toned down or outright nerfed in 6 -8 months.

    5% damage isn't very significant and if you're in combat you will still gain ultimate.

    Ironically, 5 % is pretty much considered the standard cut-off for being significant^^

    It definitely needs a bigger drawback than it currently does. Minor vulnerability should at minimum be changed to major vulnerability while on the frontbar. Also think minor timidity is too weak of a debuff and should either be made into major timidity (ZOS adding new debuff to the game) or be swapped to a unique ult drain value while on the backbar.

    Acuity setups who just sit and turtle on their backbar doesn't need further tools that buff that playstyle (unfortunately unavoidable with subclassing buffing this playstyle).

    I think need tone down item and change minor vulnerability to major vulnerability or brittle and minor timidity to major.
