When will part 3 of Q&A be posted?

We've received parts 1 and 2 regarding battlegrounds and the cyrodiil champions related questions. Based on the top comments in the thread where these questions were sourced, I think most are expecting part 3 to cover PVP balance (possibly hot button issues like ball grouping/hot stacking, buff sets, etc), the future of PVP content, etc.

Is there an ETA for this? It's been nearly 3.5 months since the thread was created.

    We are still working on this. There have been quite a bit of questions to get through while also supporting U46 PTS and general day to day tasks. But this is still being worked on. We had a chat about this last week around working to get the next round of questions fully answered and translated. No ETA at the moment. We would like to complete some more work on it before confirming a date. That way, we can give you more accurate information.

    They actually have. Right now it's still in very early development and they're going to prioritize making it opt-in (Rich's words, they want to make it opt-in so they're going to try their best to make it so), but they really don't have much else to say because right now it's so early on in the development phase.

    They addressed this recently in a thread about the direct. Also, during the direct, Rich said they are trying to make it opt-in so it will probably be opt-in. It's currently planned for a release later this year but it needs more time to cook.

    Has there been any consideration among the team about going over the part 2 Q&A again... at least a couple questions weren't understood or answered inaccurately (Decimus question about team shuffling was answered as if the idea of team shuffling meant something else) and my question about MMR was answered innacurately saying that MMR resets are tied to the leaderboard (even though leaderboard resets weekly, and Brian has been very clear about MMR not being related to medal score). Also the idea that the resets make it easier for people to climb leaderboard makes no sense (it is harder for a new player to get points if they mismatched with more experienced players). Both of these points were brought up in the replies but I don't believe Decimus or myself ever got a response about them.

    Thanks, Kevin. Without knowing what's going on internally, those of us in the community sometimes fear that things like this Q&A have been forgotten or otherwise have been put on the back burner until further notice. I hope we don't come across as annoying, what with how often the community pings the staff and asks for a response for everything.
