@ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_GinaBruno Upon the early release of the new DLC I went online and purchased the Premium package. The system was having issues so I did not get a receipt but the charge is on my card. I found in game that I did not receive the items either. Zoom ahead the system was fixed, I had my DLC items, my account showed the DLC purchase and I also now have TWO charges for the DLC.
I put a ticket in and they refunded my DLC that was showing on my account! I explained there were two charges and I only wanted the extra charge removed. After lots of back and forth the accounting department keeps telling me the refund will clear in 5-7 days. Okay fine so I have to purchase it again but what about the OTHER charge? You took my DLC and I still will have a charge and no DLC!
