Monkey code not working on PS-EU

It seems that the code for the free monkey pet does not work. At least for me and several of my guild members. It says "CODE ENTRY FAILED - This code may have already been redeemed. Double-check your code and try again.".
And several of us tried it immediately after the code was released.

✭✭Have you tried it on the website rather than in game? There is an announcement in pinned posts that the in game redeem is twmporarily turned off and to redeem on the websiteSoupy twist0 -
