TTMighty✭✭✭I did some sciencing this past Jesters event. I started the event with one (1) fragment. I ended the event with all seven. What I confirmed is that the fragments will drop from the purple coffers and the fragments look to be on a 20 hour cool down. I would stock up on coffers and open them until I got a fragment. Then track the time and keep doing quests on multiple toons to keep a good stock of coffers. My drop rate was between 15-40 coffers to get a fragment. I know it's too late for this year, but I hope it helps folks for next year.4 -

Anyway, I give up. 0 fragments. If one would drop, it would be waaaaaaay less than 1% drop chance. I dream of 0.5% drop chance. I'll get my tickets and that's it.

Definitely no cooldown! I got three fragments while farming 65 coffers within approximately three hours.4 -

I got no pig fragments from 130+ coffers, but I did get 2 scraps of minstrel's cloth in consecutive coffers. So I agree there is no cooldown.It's a tradition, or an old charter, or something...2 -

There doesn’t seem to be a cooldown. I would do my boxes at night a few hours before reset at 2am pacific and even though there was 20 hours in between boxes I could not get the fragments to drop for the life of me….
What was really cruel was my luck on day one. I pulled two fragments off of like 10-12 boxes on purple boxes on my first day and then 275+ boxes later could not get another fragment to drop and still need 4 more to complete the pig0
