Have you raised a ticket for it? Its the only way to get this kind of thing resolved

So the response is that they cannot make changes to my characters.

I've thought of a few workarounds though. The absolute best one would be to grant me 4 name-change tokens.

Here is why I need 4 of them: I'm asking for 2 name changes to be undone, as if I never used the tokens. My inventory before the SNAFU was 3 tokens. Now I have 1. I don't have enough to change both names. If I get 4 tokens, I use 2 of those to change the names back, and then I have 3 tokens. Like before the mistake.

I changed the wrong character. They were adjacent to each other. The character I have named "Mirilir" was supposed to become "Myrkala", but instead "Leppy Meekfang" got changed. But I wanted to keep the name Leppy Meekfang so I abruptly changed my alt Apronice to "Leppy Mothfang" (I was on medicated edibles)

But I want Apronice back, and Leppy Meekfang back, so Mirilir becomes Myrkala. But I cannot change Mirilir to Myrkala because I only have 1 name change token, and the name is already taken.

But if I am granted 4 name change tokens I can undo those name changes. It would be like the mistake never happened.

So I must be persistent
