No they decided that it would be better for the exploiters to make hundreds of thousands of gold or hundreds of real dollars from these items, rather than have every player able to make things look as we want.
Sometimes I have a feeling that we play different game. I do not play from day 1, I do not logout and reopen respawned containers, I do not often go to houses at all. I do not go out of my way to get motifs at all. All I do is loot containers in the banks and some houses I visit on a regular basis like enchanting/alchemy house in Wayrest. Despite all that I got all non-rare motifs on both of my crafters and about 8 extra that I sold. Most of these came from Bank of Daggerfall and Bank of Vulkhel Guard.
To be honest it seems like they drop too often, makes no sense to know all races styles before even hitting 20 in level and 10 in smithing or clothing.

And we want things to change, so until they are changed these threads will continue to be made (or the population who cares will die off, whatever happens first).

YOU don't get it. Because of the bots and exploiters now this is a whole part of the game denied to most normal players. The game is less fun because looking in boxes only nets us lockpicks. They made the game less fun, and let the goldsellers and exploiters make a TON of cash.Artemiisia wrote: »u just dont get the point, exploiters are gone now that you cant farm them and sell them for gold, so the gold sellers are going away as well from this ascept of the game, since again they cant farm it.
yeah maybe they have farmed some already due the patch, so what, thats only a few people, now the rest of the game "forever" wont be exploited with this anymore.
Yes normal players have been denied things, because they're not the ones logging in and out to maximise chance to obtain items.Artemiisia wrote: »so no, normal players havent been denied anything, the bots and farmers has found a loophole, and thankfully ESO closed it.

Maybe you haven't found one because you're looking for Motiefs instead of Motifs.
Yeah, but candy shops aren't extremely dodgy. The goldfarmers disagree, they're readily available from their websites. It's like a candy shop in there.
