and now..
All skills except class.
In the name of performance.
Before anyone comments. We know it's a test. It's always a test before they really change stuff.
[snip] They need tests to make Cyrodiil better. [snip] In fact, this is one of the best things that has happened to Cyrodiil, I can never remember such an online in the game. Yes, we were limited in everything, but the balance has become fair, which encourages new players to play and not worry that some random spit will kill them in half a second. Everything is on equal terms. And they didn't say that this was all they would do and would most likely add modified weapon skills in the future. [snip] and let the developers keep working. This could be a good start for a living Cyrodiil.
Stop whining and let the developers do their job. They need tests to make Cyrodiil better. If you like Cyrodiil the way he was, then congratulations, you are a necrophile. equality ye say? equality for someone, who can do pvp and random idle clicker - that's the balance? [snip]

and?
it still smells bad, and if it does, do ye need to taste it to confirm that it's bad?
just remindin' that eso's good for an *unique playstyle and skill combinations*, innit, so, from now on the first step to waste this very playstyle has been done, con'damn'grats all those cyro wh!ners with dota

Do you enjoy the lag in normal Cyro? Does it bring you joy when in the middle of combat everything freezes for a couple of seconds and when it starts moving again you are lying dead on the ground? Is it wonderful when you try to ride as fast as you can so you get the capture tick and you get an unexplained loading screen?
If you answer "yes", then your concerns are warranted.
If you answer "no", then let the devs investigate what causes lag and how to improve the performance. This game has many moving parts. Sometimes in troubleshooting it is best to strip the system to bare minimum so you can pinpoint the issue. You can't fix something you don't know.
personally i amn't the one who's suffered from a tiny lags havin' 190-200+ latency permanently for a quite a time, yet still usage of an unique build with an uncommon playstyle worked for me so far with not meta shite, just a personal bow/bow and it's not a nb, and aye, used the vault there and it worked mostly fine even when it's hard actually activate one cuz of bug - did the job in solo/group cyro encounters, but now i'm forced to use only class stuff without any balancing myself or customisation at all, where my gear ain't matter, watchin' same ballgroup dummies spammin' one button instead of at least 3, reminds of a zombie apocalyptic stuff instead of cyro campaign.
if that's *balance and improvement* so far, than it's not eso and i prefer a full refund since the first release, than this pervertion of the game i liked and supported.

Then when the fault occurs, you know what's causing it. What the devs are doing makes sense. That doesn't mean you have to like it, but that doesn't change the fact that their doing it the right way.

got yer point, lad, but it still depends on a goal, innit? do ye unscrew the entire engine to change a tire as a metaphor, cuz it looks from my point for now, that it's not the issue tuning as a goal - it's a destruction of eso mass pvp at all, by makin' it one click simple and unified as a result of pressure from around the rookie corner about full pve cyrodiil, cuz they die in there and that's upsettin'. so, the simple way -make it trash for skippin' the entire learn & practice the mechanics.
ye can't come to a ring/octagon if someone prefer that kind and beat the fighter without proper skill and training, innit? that's my point, and we're gettin' exactly this kinda stuff

I highly doubt you got twisttop's point. Do you truly, honestly believe the lag in Cyro is comparable to a flat tire as a metaphor? And not, say, that when you press the gas pedal or the break and it takes 4 seconds for the car to respond?
And do you truly, honestly believe a one week test is "destruction of eso mass pvp"?
And do you truly, honestly believe the "rookies", as you say, will not need to learn and practice after this one week test has passed in one week. And you do realise one week is slightly less than permanent?
