Honestly after the introduction of scribing I feel like "limiting it to 1 of each heal or shield" is no longer a viable answer

Think of every scribed skill that can have both a heal or shield, an organized group would probably just find it more of an inconvenience than an actual problem. They would just need to make sure they aren't doubling up and keep going how they have been

This would absolutely destroy zergs who unknowingly generally have a dozen echoing vigors or radiating regens on at any time

I would like to see a campaign that disallows grouping at all. Solo players only.

Why nerfing ball groups? It's a style of playing pvp. To counter them just create your own ball group, for example. The issue is irrelevant. What next? Nerf of random zerg groups wandering around Cyro, nerf of small tanky kiting groups, nerf of skilled pvp players just because there are a lot of pve questers in Cyro who cannot be on their level?

Combat, Verb, take action to reduce or prevent.
Ball groups are what they are. They exist to allow the individuals who form part of these groups to enjoy PvP in the way they want to. It can be argued that they are making their own fun at the expense of others, and that includes problems with latency and other game issues. (Stuck in Combat especially) They appear to easily achieve their goals, and not always, but often create a sense of irritation upon defenders and at times, can and will divert an entire faction focus. We’ve all been there, trying our best to frustrate them by any and all available means at our disposal. It can seem absolutely hopeless at times. Best way to combat? If it is a single group, there is always an opportunity to slow them down, make them consider taking the keep is more trouble than it is worth, and a chance to bring some combat directly to them. If it is more than one group, and with players of their faction following etc, this probably can't apply and we can just do our best. With single groups I've seen some great calls, awesome scouting regarding their movements, direction of travel etc, so a defence can/should be made. From personal observation and use of, the tactics that seem to work best are to deny the group any opportunity to siege, or even set up siege. Get a camp up, get off your siege, get off the walls! Come on, get down to them, push them back, burn their siege, members of the group on siege are vulnerable and they know it, often leaving their siege, moving back to regroup, burn what ever siege you can, deny them, deny them any opportunity to siege or control the outer area. If enough pressure is placed upon the single ball group, they usually move on. Scouting, is essential watch where they go, rinse repeat. If only this was as easy, but I've seen it work more times than not.

    NERF NERF NERF

This is all i hear from PVP players is nerf this nerf that complaints this class is OP that class is OP

well guess what you are at WAR nothings really fair is it?. Infact I'd go as far to say its BRUTAL...

All classes have positives and negatives but the main thing i see is people running PVP sets in PVE and sets that were designed for PVE getting used in PVP. the only way your gonna try and balance and make fair for everyone before nerfing all skills, classes, buffs/debuffs and heals etc. is to make them PVE or PVP only sets. (which will probably never happen as so many peoples builds will be obsolete leaving lots of unhappy players)

Then you could try balancing skills more effectively to make them PVP or PVE only (whether this be a morph of a skill suited only for this purpose) or introduce new PVP only skills, it will be the choice of the player then if they want to use the new PVP ONLY skills or go more traditional (Base level before morphs) and hope to survive.
