Can't start ranked ToT most of the time

Lately it has been really hard to start a ToT match. I always get an empty menu, I can't choose the patron (like shown in the image), and then I'm automatically defeated without even being allowed to play the match. Also, I always get 150 points removed and a 10 minute penalty for no reason. This issue only happens with ranked ToT, the casual mode works fine. I have no idea what to do because it seems to be completely random.

I also tried to verify game files but nothing seems to solve it. I think it's also very wrong to give us 10 minutes penalization and remove 150 points when the loss is caused by an in-game problem. This shouldn't happen in ranked.1 -

✭✭✭The only thing that we can do is see if our collection of cards is present when on our characters. If it's present, then you can play. If it's not, then you are bugged and won't be able to select patrons.Rest in Peace:
