    I went ahead and submitted ticket 250111-002587 as I have not received a code for the mount in the last 24 hours.

    Followed the directions and couldn't get it to work either. Lots of time spent trying to do this with no return.. Ticket put in. 250112-003793

    Yesterday I followed the official instructions from both ZOS and Nvidia.
    I checked my country was eligible.
    I logged into the app, used it to open the launcher, signed in and played for over an hour.
    Reopened the app, no code.
    Logged back into the game for another hour or two, rinse and repeat for about 5 hours.
    Checked this morning (because "it can take up to 2 hours for the code to populate") and still nothing.
    Logged a Support ticket on here, received a (prompt) generic response.
    Replied detailing what I'd done up to this point, and was advised to contact Nvidia's Support.
    Scrolled through this forum for a while, and saw a comment advising to check my Nvidia app setting to see whether I was OPTED IN TO THEIR REWARDS PROGRAM and found that I wasn't.
    Opted in, and within a few hours (during which I'd played maybe 30 minutes?) my code was available for redemption.
    I now have the mount.

    Can this be added to the official instructions, please @ZOS_Kevin ?

    I've followed all the steps and the lovely response i get from Nvidia is "First come first served" jeez that's for that i guess for putting in a few hours over the last couple of days,

    Submitted ticket to ESO that tells me to contact nvidia and i get that bad of a response.
    Well i guess ill be celebrating not playing this anymore where pixels are limited even thou i did it under the time limit specified.
    I have been around since the BETA days and this is the thanks i guess.

    Thanks. Nvidia told me the rewards weren't guaranteed and basically I am out of luck. I responded to the ESO ticket with the chat contents.

    I went through the same thing with NVidia support and pasted the transcript to my ESO ticket. ESO support was kind enough to credit me with the mount.

    I have tried multiple times to get access to the mount and nothing has helped. I've restarted the app, restarted my PC, restarted the game, opted in w/ nvidia, etc. and nothing shows up on my app even after restarting the app and playing the game for 50+ minutes. I submitted a ticket through the game and it's #250116-00115 or #250116-00145 (sorry if these are the wrong numbers, I wasn't being sent anything in my inbox about the numbers).

    Those ticket numbers did not bring anything up. However, you will need to discuss further options with your agent. If you have questions about the ticket itself, you can find the ticket number by going to the support website and clicking "My Support". You should see a list of any tickets and the numbers there. If you find the correct ticket number, you can post it here and we can take a look.

    Hello,
    I'm trying to get the NVIDIA mount being offered for Elder Scrolls Online but even after opting in and playing for the 50 minutes required, I'm still not getting offered the mount. I've restarted, restarted the PC, restarted the app, played the required time, etc. and nothing. Please help.

    I had submitted a ticket too. Here is the number: 250113-000460. I was told I need to contact NVIDIA Support in order to try to get a code for this reward. I have contacted NVIDIA Support and I received same reply with @Bachlava...

    If you have sent reward to some of the people who submitted tickets to you, It is unfair for the rest of them who haven't received it.

    I had also played for more than 50 minutes within a day or two after the promotion started, I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050, and I always have the silly app open in the background. I never got anything either. It's extremely disappointing. The promotion made it seem like everyone with the GPU and app would get one.

    I'm sorry to double post; I just wanted to add that I guess I wasn't opted in for the rewards via my account page. Thaaaat probably should have been clearer on the NVIDIA website instructions; honestly, it should be enabled by default, but of course this isn't the place to complain about NVIDIA lol.

    Edit: Found the edit button, yay! Okay, so I ended up receiving the rewards code today! I don't know if anyone specific had a hand in this or NVIDIA just has some kind of "rewards cache" for users who don't have the rewards enabled, but regardless, I wanted to add my story because I saw someone else earlier in the thread who had the same thing happen.

    I too am stuck in the back and forth between NVIDIA and ZoS. I received the same response from Vivek as Bachlava, and my tickets to ZoS keep telling me to contact NVIDIA, where I get the same answer. Very frustrating loop. My latest ticket number is # 250128-003362.

    Have also tried to get Vale Elk since release without success. Started game with nvidia app multiple times and at first it started it with epic but next day it suddenly started standalone version (despite claim nvidia app cant find it). Activating rewards on Nvidia made no difference. I deleted nvidia app to install geforce experience and tried it multiple times again and it did not work then i deleted it to and returned to nvidia app and tried multiple times unsuccessful again. Somewhen finally saw link to a promotion website but it only recursively loaded two versions of itself when I claimed code without giving code. Nothing seems to fix the issue despite trying a lot of fixes I found in forum. Very disappointed that I cant get geforce reward despite having a nvidia geforce rtx3070.

    I am enrolled for rewards and have played for 50+ minutes continuously for three days now and still not receiving any code.

    I took a look at your ticket and it is active awaiting an agent's response. Please allow them 24-48 hours to look at and respond to your ticket.

    I've had a response which repeats everything I've already done and refers me to Nvidia. As per previous posts here that just means Nvidia will send me back to ZOS

    Have now had a further response from support and mount has been provided in game.
