Not included in costumes on update!

These 3 things are not included in update 45 for costumes so do not destroy them out of your inventory!
Kollopi Essence
Pirate Disguise
Shadowsilk Gem

For some reason these 3 thing were not included into costumes. There may be more these are just the thing I have in my inventory that didn't make the patch.
So be careful you do not destroy them from your inventory.

Kollopi and Shadowsilk are not included in the list of items converted to collectibles. As for Pirate Disguise, do you mean Blackheart Pirate Armor? If so, that should be in your collectibles.

It only says Pirate disguise In the tool tip so Im not certain. Also Imperial Disguise Is not in there either unless they are called by other names in costume list which is totally possible.

I just thought they would go through by listed name in my inventory as most costumes did just that

Shadowsilk was released as a "Goblin" polymorph a while back, so it's not surprising that it's not included in the costumes conversion. It's a shame about Kollopi Essence, though.

Let me guess, because you forgot about Kollopi and you're worried we won't buy the Crown store version (for some reason, even though it's different) if we can play with Shadowsilk on?

I stand corrected it is the Blackheart Pirate Armor in costumes. It caught me off guard because in my appearances list is just calls it Pirate Armor so my bad I suppose. Im guessing the Imperial Armor will be the same deal.

Dunno why the names didn't translate over the same as most things did so My apologies everyone.

I’m pretty sure it can be safely assumed that kollopi essence wasn’t included because it gets disabled in PvP due to making you borderline invisible. As such, I don’t think it’ll ever be a collectible.

No. Those ones couldn't be done as costumes since you can mix and match pieces. I'd like to see them included in the outfit system.

I didn't see any of those added to my Collectibles when I logged-in, and I've found a lot of those on several of my characters, and I've logged-in with most of them so far this morning.

Unless you want to keep them to make a quest easier or something. Personally I keep the Iron Wheel servant's disguise in my bank for characters who haven't done that quest yet so I can just show up to Percius Loche's shop and have him be confused at how I already have a servant's disguise before he even told me I needed one...

Certain collectibles or certain categories of collectible? If I remember right, Mementos can't be used at all, but that covers all Mementos. Same with Allies (Assistants/Companions). Can they do this at an individual level within a category?

Is there any chance for the Prisoner Disguise from the Escape From Amenos quest to be added? I understand it's not actually a disguise, and rather a quest item, but it is functionally the same as a disguise (if you get spotted it gets removed and you'll have to loot another one from a basket) and I quite like the look of it.

Just out of curiosity, why would you not put the two coolest costumes in there? I hope its as simple as they will be polymorphs eventually. But it just seems strange to not add in the two most popular ones out of those appearance items.

I have found that while I DO have the servant's robe, from Stros M'Kai, I do NOT have the servant's guise for the Iron Wheel, despite having it in my bank.....
Of course, as it is in my bank, I can still wear it, albeit only with the helm on..... but is it not included? I was kind of wanting to see how it dyed.

This is mostly a "so you know" for people reading the forums; the costumes that they have converted and will convert is all based off the quest completion flag. It has nothing to do with if you have those costumes in your possession or not.

Yes you can keep them in your inventory if you plan to use them for Roleplay purposes but if you do not need them for that reason keeping them in your inventory only serves to waste inventory space.

How did you convert your disguises into costumes? I had 2 converted automatically but I have 23 in the inventory that I can't figure out how to convert.

        *UPDATE*

Somehow all the disguises were converted only when I logged in with my main character, and not with the character where I had the disguises stored. Weird! But it's solved.

I've now logged in on every single one of my characters. I've done most of those quest, and according to the patch notes the costumes are supposed to update into our collections when we log in on the character that completed the quests. I've done that. And yet, there are a number of quests that I know I've done, some of them multiple times (like the Iron Wheel/No Shira Citadel quest) and yet I don't have the associated costume. Do we have to have completed the quest and also have the disguise in our inventory? Am I going to have to go through and complete all those quests over again, in order to get those costumes?

Having them in inventory is not required. My second account, that has no ESO+ and so needs a lot of inventory management, has a practise of destroying them once the quest is done. We still have all the costumes for completed quests. All that is required is that the character has recorded completion of the quest.

The costumes only go to the person that has the finished achievement .... so most likely, that is your only character that did those missions.
