Hello Kevin! This appears to be the correct labeling of all but one of the NPCs, but can you ask Lucas Slominski to confirm if these are correct and who is the person that is circled in red next to Naryu?
(credit to my friend Floognoodle in Discord for labeling most of them. I helped finish labeling some of the missing ones.)

Is it the artist choice or ZOS' request to give mer human eyes? To either answer, why? Mer aka elves have distinctive facial features, especially their eyes, in Elder Scrolls and it's so odd seeing official art portray them as human with pointy ears.[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!4 -
Djennku✭✭✭✭✭What happened to Jaxyx-Orrn's head? I can't make out a face, juat looks mushed. Then again, I'm zooming in on an iphone, so any tiny details are too blurry to make out, but I can see Xukas' head just fine.@Djennku, PCNA.

Is one of my favourite questlines though.
The mystery dude reminds me of Brigadine Antonius, as he has the same haircut and is also blonde, but as his armour or outfit isn't shown, could be someone else.There is life after death, be patient and you will see.3 -
