Queue Position Frozen

I was in queue for Gray Host. I started at position 84. I've been waiting for over an hour. I got to queue position 10 and it stopped. The queue position hasn't changed for another 20 minutes. From what I gather, I have to leave the que position and requeue. I sincerely hope that this bug gets fixed sometime soon.

The same issue keeps happening. It'll get down to about 5-10 and freeze. I'll try to abandon the queue and it says "you are not queued for that campaign."
