Are you guys investigating on NA server only? The red written above is just speaking about NA....
But I play on EU server and I've had a lot, a lot of login troubles in these days...
And a lot of people that I know in guilds of mine as well.
So please take a look also in EU server.

It might not only be the F5 load balancers and login portal, but I'm guessing some of our accounts suffered damage on the backend (DB). I could be wrong. It was a hard crash and was wondering if anyone else suffered the same.

A couple of months ago I used to have a black screen whenever I closed the game, and that same message popped up after the game finally closed, but there was nothing ever wrong with my game afterwards. It's just the game failing to close properly and the application crashes.0 -
