Servers are not down.
Unfortunatly there are many many bugs, so a lot of people can't log in.
I've had another similar bug, with another name ("An unexpected internal error has occurred"), and I couldn't log in for 1 hour.

I do not know what is down, but many people cannot login at the moment judging but the multiple posts.

Same. If enough people post here, the mods might paste a troubleshooting link that suggests it's our fault. So there's that.

I started playing again just a few weeks ago, and in that short time the number of times the game has been down or inaccessible is downright alarming.

It is a login server issue by the looks of things. I'm logged in and I logged in over an hour ago without issue.

Same thing, i don't care if people who are connected are still able to play. If I am in a prog group and some members can't connect (including myself after disconnect) the servers are effectively down.

This is an unusual time period. They had to have multiple outside the norm maintenances and then they have been getting DDOS'ed. It's been more downtime total than I can remember for years

Normally it's just once every other week.

I can't log in on PC EU at the moment even with multiple tries. Twice it put me in a queue for one second then went to error 103; at least five times it went straight to error 103

My internet connection is fine otherwise.

I cannot log into PC-EU. The Screenshots at the top of this thread are exactly what happened to me. Tried to log in, queue, error, then I had to force close the game because it was just the load screen without any fields.

As like everyone else, handoff from login que to actual servers is borked. Blank wallpaper screen if ride the que out, but leaving que at least drops back to logon screen and rinse and repeat when I pass my office until no que is there... Cancelled our subs when nearly a year ago now the lag spikes unplayable at times(too often) and still waiting for some improvements on their hardware end to resub our accounts (14). Looks to be a ways off still. Ugh

I've also been unable to log in for 40 minutes now, every time it gives me a queue and then this message and a blank splash page. I can't even quit, I have to alt-f4 out.
