Bag of veteran glory bugged

The bag wasn't greyed out at the impresario so I bought one (I thought I was 100% caught up). Opened the bag and got nothing. IIRC it's supposed to be unavailable if you're caught up? Anyone else experience the same? Can I have my 4 event tix back?

silentseashore✭✭✭Yes, I experienced the same. I bought one, opened the bag and nothing happened. So I bought another thinking maybe it was a visual glitch and maybe my tickets weren't deducted (I didn't remember how many I had). The second time it worked and it gave me an item I didn't have. So I bought a third one and it glitched again. I saw the bag in the inventory after purchase, but when I double-clicked it, it disappeared, leaving me with no items. I also have raised a ticket and hope to get a refund on the tickets.
P.S - I went ahead and did it a third time just to confirm (right after I raised the ticket) and it happened again. So that's 6 tickets I'll be requesting back please.Edited by silentseashore on February 20, 2025 4:12PM0 -
