Bag of veteran glory bugged

The bag wasn't greyed out at the impresario so I bought one (I thought I was 100% caught up). Opened the bag and got nothing. IIRC it's supposed to be unavailable if you're caught up? Anyone else experience the same? Can I have my 4 event tix back?

Experienced the same. I bought two, one had an item, one was empty. I still need a few items, so there should have been one in there. I wrote customer support and hope I'll get the tickets back.

Yes, I experienced the same. I bought one, opened the bag and nothing happened. So I bought another thinking maybe it was a visual glitch and maybe my tickets weren't deducted (I didn't remember how many I had). The second time it worked and it gave me an item I didn't have. So I bought a third one and it glitched again. I saw the bag in the inventory after purchase, but when I double-clicked it, it disappeared, leaving me with no items. I also have raised a ticket and hope to get a refund on the tickets.
P.S - I went ahead and did it a third time just to confirm (right after I raised the ticket) and it happened again. So that's 6 tickets I'll be requesting back please.

Please make sure you place tickets with customer service to request any used event tickets back while we work to resolve this.

I just opened the ticket in the Bug-Section. The Mail I received said, that I won't get any further response

Ticket Number is 250220-002118

@ZOS_Kevin: Can you please look into it?

I lost 4 Event-Tickets because of this bug.

Same Issue on EU Server, my ticket number is: 250220-001679

I had the same thing happen. Spent 12 tickets, got 5 items, and the 6th Bag just vanished and didn't give me anything.

Raise a support ticket not a bug ticket (from the website) bug tickets are just feedback

@Kiezpirat666 As @fizl101 mentioned, make sure it is a support ticket. We have this bugged and working on a fix now.
