I do wish they'd crank up the drop rate on the recipe and keep the materials rare. 1 in 100 BGs seems like a reasonable drop rate, or make it a rare drop in the Whitestrakes Mayhem reward box.
For people asking, I use the "Character Knowledge" addon but there are many others. Good luck with the grind, I'll be back at it next update
