1.
I bought two tickets with one goblet each over the same email address but got only one mail.

How can I ensure that I get both my goblets?

2.
The mail states that shipping costs are taken care of.

What about duties and customs? Are the goblets send from within the european union or from outside?

So since purchasing needed to be done individually, there should have been another email for you to confirm. Please make sure to check to make you it isn't in spam or in another email. If you confirm that, we can get your information via DM and confirm with our team to make sure your goblets get to you.

I just received the goblet. Thank you. It looks really good. Glad you put a note with it that is only a display piece and cannot be used to drink from. Was wondering that when I unpacked it.

Lol. As there is also a sticker on the bottom warning about to not use it for drinking, I don't think I'll try. It might damage the goblet and/or poison me. But if you want, go ahead.

Glad to see it arrive. Okay, only been 14 months since the tickets were put on sale, and 11 months since we expected to receive them, but it arrived!!!

One small thing, made in China? Seen this a lot with Bethesda merchandise, yet I know several artisans who would've jumped at the chance to make a batch of these with traditional methods and an affordable price! And without the 'wobble' when stood upright - maybe that's why they don't recommend drinking out of it

Perspective is an interesting thing in the photos - obviously looks huge compared to the cutting mat underneath it. Brim is 12.5cm diameter, base is 8cm diameter.

Fairly sure that you shouldn't need to wait any longer than I did, after all my goblet snaked its way through England several times before it reached Scotland!

Ohhh did you get any tracking information or anything then? I just got the email saying I wouldn't need to do anything if my address hadn't changed, so assumed it would just kinda turn up as no dispatch info ^.^

In my case I received an email from UPS the day after I confirmed my address using the link in the original email.

I send an email and got an answer. They are telling me that they will send the goblet within the next 1 - 2 weeks.

I received the Golblet today, thank you! It was an almost one year wait, but it looks great. Can I contact someone about the clan mother Tadali house guest, as I'm still waiting for it.
