Are there any news concerning the missing Amsterdam Goblet?

I noticed news for the Alfiq plushie, but that's it.

I believe everyone is waiting for the emails to be sent out prior to shipping. The ticket emails mentioned we'd receive a shipping notification in late Spring, so I figure we'll know more in the next 2 weeks. Would be odd if we got to Summer in June and still didn't have news about the goblets.

What a mess with the merchandise for the 10 year anniversary event. Plushies still lost in transit, and the 10 year anniversary goblets are all but forgotten.

@ZOS_GinaBruno Any update on when we can expect to receive the extras from the Amsterdam event? Spring is almost over (I'm going by meteorological dates as is the norm from a commercial/financial perspective) and we're being kept in the dark about the extras we paid for.

So people pre-ordered merchandise on the site of the amsterdam event?
They didn't have the merchandise ready for sale right there?
They could not roughly determine how many they might sell by observing the ticket sales and offer them right there and then as it's usually done? Could not sell or give away the overstock?
Did they ask you for your personal mail adress, too? To send you a notification with no real insight into when you might actually receive the physical object you haven't actually seen yourself yet?

...Do the goblet and the plushie come along with a duffel bag?

Seasonal references are incorrect for at least half the world. It's Autumn here now. We don't say 'fall', because most of the trees are not deciduous. It'd be ridiculous to call the season 'Stay Put'...

It's also a common mistake to think that the planets orbit around the sun horizontally, when in fact the orbits are vertical.

ZOS clearly meant Boing in the lesser hemisphere.

Yes we did.
No they did not.
Apparently this was too much hassle.
Yes, though the only communication thus far has been the reference to a late spring arrival.
No, the goblet and the plushie are supplied separately from the event's swag bag.

Heya, I checked with guildmates I went to the anniversary event with, and they say they have not received a form from Zenimax regarding the plushie or goblet. We've got @ZOS_Kevin saying thanks to everyone who filled out the form in another forum topic, but I and my guildmates didn't get it, and we get no reply from the RSVP email address included with the event emails.

I'm going to check with a friend on the stream team, because I've got a feeling that this is another example of Zenimax liaising with select people from their influencers, and portraying it as some customer-wide interaction.

Did you receive any form from Zenimax to fill out after the event?

I received the survey regarding the Clan Mother Tadali plushie, but no word on the goblet as of yet.

Given that the email we received said 'late spring' and that's come and gone it would have been nice of them to give us some sort of revised ETA.

Thus far:

- T-Shirt: Size wasn't available at the time of collection even though we were asked to select the size months in advance.
- Plushie: In limbo.
- Goblet: In limbo.

The effort of packing in such fashion that there was enough room left in the luggage to bring the items back on the flight definitely paid off here.

I did receive the form, yes. After that. Nothing.

I must admit I find the situation somewhat frustrating.

Supply chain issues happen, more so with volume limited, one-off, deadline-sensitive production runs however the somewhat blasé approach to communication is starting to irk me.

It would be much appreciated if someone in their official capacity would sling by the thread to actually add information to it.

When I emailed asking about the goblet I received the following response:

Thanks for reaching out. The goblets are scheduled for Mid-Summer delivery so we will be sending more information regarding that soon!

This was from the 8th May so I don’t know if anything will have changed.

I am also very interested in hearing about any new update regarding the Goblet. I remember seeing a post about it a couple of months back that mentioned end of October (if I remember correctly). Which is about now.

In my latest e-mail received it was "We currently expect shipments to begin going out in October" but it matches with your information. I also did not receive M'aiq plushie.
I hope we receive a reply from contact e-mail from which we received updates, especially after I asked about it 2 weeks ago.

Feeling frustrated at the lack of updates. Sent an email a few days ago, no response. Maybe Twitter is better channel? Would appreciate if there was some updates really. I just want to know my emails are going through and my address change has been noted or if need to do anything else?

My only question is whether this bothers ZOS?

I mean, how many people read these forums, This is literally the definition of embarrassment. I wasn’t at this event, but from my perspective the continued silence is shameful. It’s one thing to throw silence at the player base, regarding in game circumstances but I assure you is another for real world events.

Just imagine if news like this regularly made it to various gaming, news, and media sites.
